- Revitalized the Trainee Review Board (TRB) program from 0 to 96 reviews in 8 months and oversaw 400+ review boards to improve trainee accountability and leadership pipelines.

- Led myTraining LMS migration and implementation, establishing workflows and stakeholder alignment to centralize training records and streamline enrollment.

- Managed training procurement and tuition disbursements totaling $65K+, standardizing purchasing and approval processes across three Air Force bases for greater fiscal accountability.

- Spearheaded annual review and modernization of job tasks, ensuring OJT alignment with mission requirements and compliance.
